Climate is always altering, and only ~15000 years ago the snow began to recede from a line just north of modern Texas. Today, in turn and still a part of that same process, we see the Polar Regions showing the effects of 'warming'.

However, the real alterations produced by Humanity are in the redistribution of induction of kinetic energy into our biosphere. This is altering weather patterning and events linked to the turbulence produced by the related processes of convection and conduction.

It is the alterations to differentials that produce alterations to weather patterning when these alterations not only manifest as rate of induction, but in location with regard to the surface. The issue of CO2 is of little consequence, the actual properties of CO2 are not going to produce any effect that can produce 'warming' or even produce alterations to temperature/pressure differentials with any regard to an effect outlined within the 'greenhouse theory'.

The situation is that NOW, within the past ~400 years, the total population of Humanity has risen from ~500 Million to over ~6 Billion. Prior to 1500AD, the human population was not sufficient in size (and density) to produce any observable effect on a global scale, or even a regional continental scale.

It is infact the rapid rise in Human population AND geographical density of such population that is now being observed to manifest NOT as 'climate change' but as alterations to weather patterning and events so included, not only in 'strength' or 'frequency' but in 'location' of event. So we are not only seeing more, or stronger, weather events, but seeing those events move with regard to 'human habitat' or 'human record' of the past 400 years.

The many repeated mentions of weather related events are ALL related to this redistribution of kinetic energy induction and related alterations to TEMPERATURE and PRESSURE.

These alterations are directly related to the production of, and sprawl of, Human Habitat altering the surface materials, and thus the INTERACTIONS of the (now new) materials with incident energy propagated TO the surface as Photons.

The rise of 0.6 degree was in the media land SURFACE temperature, which is directly due to the alterations TO the land surface made by Humanity.

There is around a 15 year delay from induction to observation (from Land to Ocean surface effect for example) at present, and this deferment of 'effect' would seem to be diminishing in a non linear manner (but will never be 'instantaneous').
