sure you've heard about the similar case over here, with the miningnsw.com.au website. we're pretty sure that the NSW Minerals Council aren't going to be as stupid as Solid Energy on this one. they've already given themselves enough bad publicity from shutting down the site twice, let along actually taking us to court. the media would have field day!

hope that's what they're doing with Solid Energy!
