Closing in on Fossil Fools Day!

Roll up, roll up! The climate circus is in town! Its time to pull a
prank that packs a punch.

Fossil Fools Day is right around the corner and we've been hearing tales
and tips of pranks to come!

If you are planning an action or an event to stick it to the fossil fuel
industry on April 1st, we would love to hear about it and offer some
support. And, don't worry if you haven't planned anything yet, you still
have time! (For tips on actions visit: www.fossilfoolsday.org)

Remember to check the web-page throughout April 1st to hear about actions:
www.fossilfoolsday.org. Also, please make sure to send us your stories at:
fossilfools@risingtidenorthamerica.org

Here are some notes on media support and some things you can do to make
sure this day of action is huge.

1. If you want help with media please e-mail us TODAY
fossilfools@risingtidenorthamerica.org and tell us your region and any
basic or general facts about your event or action (so we can tell media
where to go and what to expect). If your action is a secret, thats great
too!

2. If you are doing your own media, great. If you want, you can use the
attached press release and plug in your local info.

3. On fossil fools day, please send any photos, write-ups, blurbs or press
releases to: fossilfools@risingtidenorthamerica.org

If you want to talk about your ideas or if you have any questions about
media, please feel free to call Monica at (541) 521-1832.

I pity the fool who profits from fossil fuels!

Have fun,
Rising Tide Fossil Fools Day Faction.
