We know that every day is Earth Day for you amazing youth climate activists, but
some of our wonderful Energy Action Coalition partners have some extra special tools
to help you celebrate.
National Wildlife Federation's Campus Chill Out
Tonight, April 16th at 7 pm EST you're invited to host a live broadcast featuring
positive, practical solutions to global warming being implemented by higher
education campuses around the country.
* Meet award-winning students and staff who are creating solutions
* Be a part of the conversation with the experts
* Special appearances by Gary Hirshberg of Stonyfield Farm and more!
* Laugh and be inspired by student videos
For everything you need to host (and watch) the broadcast go to

Tap into the Earth Day Network
Earth Day Network is closing in on its goal of 1,000 Campus Events in April. These
efforts will culminate on Earth Day, April 22nd, with a loud and clear message to
congress. Help get as many people as you can to call Congress at 202-224-3121 to
tell their Representative or Senator that they want tough action on climate change.

Here are some ways you can help:
* On Earth Day, organize volunteers on your campus to help generate calls to
congress. Use banners, tables, posters, or fliers to encourage people to call
while walking between classes. Ask your professors to allow you to make an
announcement before class or get there early and write a message on the board.
* Contribute an op-ed to your campus or local newspaper. Earth Day Network have
templates for you to use so all you'll have to do is fill in the local details
and submit.
* Hand-deliver one of Earth Day Network's celebrity PSA's to your campus or
local radio station. By hand delivering a copy, you will greatly improve the
odds that it will be played!
Go to www.EarthDay.net for everything you need to rock Earth Day.
